What started as a love for watching Cake Boss over 13 years ago quickly turned into a passion for baking and cake decorating. Inspired by Buddy Valastro's creativity and craftsmanship, Monique decided to give it a try herself—and discovered she had a natural talent for bringing sweet creations to life.

For the past 10 years, Mo has specialized in custom cakes, teaching herself new techniques and continuously challenging her creativity with every design. From birthdays and baby showers to weddings and Disney-inspired celebrations, each cake is handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and a touch of magic.

As a single mom raising two teenage boys, faith and family are at the center of everything she does. When she's not creating cakes, you'll likely find her spending time at Disneyland, one of her favorite places and the inspiration behind the name Mo's Magical Cakes. Disney-inspired cakes are her favorite to design because they allow her to combine her love of storytelling, imagination, and celebration into something truly special.

Mo's dream is to one day open a Disney-inspired cake shop in Anaheim, where families can celebrate life's biggest milestones with cakes designed to make memories last long after the last slice is served.
